in the year 1996.Technocem is a reputed engineering consultant and solution provider
for the Cement Packing Plants to a no. of renowned Indian cement majors. The company
enjoys it’s repute as the converter of old mechanical Packers to the new modern
state of the art electrical/electronic Packers, services for output and accuracy
enhancement of existing Cement plants, Plant optimization, Plant audit and Maintenance.

The company is the developer of the renowned software “PACK-LINK”, Dispatch Monitoring
System.

Technocem is a reputed designer and supplier of various equipment for the Cement
Plants, including Silo Extraction Systems, Screw Conveyors, Air Slides, Pneumatic
actuated Gates, Special Conveyors including Chain Conveyors, Single Spout stationary
Packers (For Gravimetric as well as volumetric filling), Bulk Loading spout for
clinker, Cement and Flyash, Dust collectors, diverters etc.

Technocem, due to its position in the Indian Cement industry, also employs a store
for the spares (critical and non critical) of the core machinery of Packing Plants.
This includes all type of spares for all make machines, e.g.-RotoPackers (Electrical
and mechanical), Bucket Elevators, Silo Extraction Systems, Truck and Wagon Loading
Machines, Flyash handling systems etc.We are having prestigious Rate contracts (R.C.),
Vendor Managed Inventory (V.M.I.) Contracts with the most reputed plants in India
for over the last decade.
