Intelligent and accurate Bag Counters
Technocem has developed the most latest and advanced Microprocessor based Bag counters for counting Cement bags on conveyors, Truck Loading Machines, Wagon Loading and Ship Loading Machines. These counters are most accurate and are capable of identifying an array of bags. This was till now a major problem for the counter designers. These counters can be set from P.C remotely and can be made reset along with belt tripping after counting a set value of Bags. These counters also send their counts ON-LINE to the P.C, which along with a special software shall store the counts of counters in a broad database and can generate reports hourwise, daywise, weekwise or monthwise, which can be further used for study and analysis.Furthermore,these counters uses a very informative size of 7 segment display of 2” and 4”,which can be viewed by a loading supervisor even from a very long distance of upt0 20-30 mtrs.The interfacing of these counters with additional custom built LED displays, can enable the supervisors to view the readings of each counter from a distance upto 100 Mtrs. There are certain more attractive features, like remote controlled operation etc. can be incorporated as per the customer’s requirement.
